My Mom’s Vast Shoe Collection//I’m So Jealous…

A shoe collection like this one can only be amassed over the span of a lifetime. Many of my mother’s colorful shoes are from shops in Pakistan, although several are American as well.

Her shoes line the walls of her walk-in closet.

And then she has another rack on top of them.

And a stand in the far back end of the closet.

And then a rounder for them.

Look at the sequins-detailing on those.

Unfortunately, many of these shoes don’t fit me. My feet are bigger than my mother’s .

I wanted to take pictures of my mom and sister’s new clothes, but Sana was still sleeping while I was photographing and my mom was at work. I couldn’t find her clothes. So, I took pictures of the nice embroidered wedding/party clothing we keep in a closet in the basement.
